Snoonu Launches Services in Kuwait Market Expansion

Snoonu has officially launched in Kuwait as part of its expansion across the Gulf region, introducing a multi-service platform aimed at integrating everyday services into a single digital application.

The company said the launch marks a phased entry into the Kuwaiti market and forms part of its broader regional growth strategy within the GCC.

Snoonu will initially offer four services in Kuwait:

Groceries: Daily essentials, fast and reliable.
Snoosend: An on-demand courier service that enables users to send and receive anything with ease and speed.
Flowers and Gifts: Curated gifting for every occasion.
Services: Trusted home professionals including electricians, plumbers and maintenance specialists and much more, available on demand.

Additional services are expected to follow as Snoonu establishes its presence in the Kuwaiti market over the coming months.

Snoonu describes itself as a technology platform built on cloud-based infrastructure that combines multiple consumer services into one application.

Speaking about the expansion, Hamad Al-Hajri, chief executive of Jahez International, said Kuwait represents an important step in the company’s regional strategy, adding that the aim is to deliver improved speed, efficiency and user experience.

Bader Al-Ajeel, chief executive of Snoonu Kuwait, said the platform aims to adapt to local market needs and grow alongside consumer demand in Kuwait.

Founded in 2019, Snoonu has grown into one of the Gulf region’s emerging super-app companies. In 2025, it came under majority ownership by Jahez International as part of a wider consolidation in the regional delivery and e-commerce sector.

The Kuwait launch reflects increasing competition among digital service platforms in the Gulf, as companies expand into new markets amid rising demand for integrated online services.
