Kuwait Real Estate Deals Reach KD 71.5 Million

Kuwait’s real estate market recorded 121 property transactions worth around KD 71.5 million during the week of July 12–16, according to new figures released by the Ministry of Justice. Data published by the ministry’s Real Estate Registration and Documentation Department showed that private residential properties accounted for the highest number of deals, with 83 transactions valued at approximately KD 26.5 million. Investment properties ranked second, recording 30 transactions worth about KD 23.6 million, while the commercial sector registered seven deals totaling nearly KD 20.4 million.
