KRG Expands Fuel Price Caps Amid Supply Shortages

The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) has widened fuel price controls to include all gasoline grades as authorities seek to ease supply shortages that have affected filling stations across the region. The Ministry of Natural Resources announced that regular government-supplied gasoline will be available at all fuel stations in Erbil. Under the new rules, Plus gasoline cannot be sold for more than 1,000 Iraqi dinars per litre, while Supreme gasoline is capped at 1,200 dinars per litre.
