Oman-Based Expat Wins Dh25,000 in Big Ticket Draw

A Kerala expatriate living in Oman has won Dh25,000 in the latest Big Ticket weekly electronic draw held in Abu Dhabi.

Kamaludeen Anvarsha, 45, who has lived in Oman for more than 20 years, secured the prize in the final weekly draw of June. He said the winnings would be used to meet financial obligations, including paying off outstanding debts.

Anvarsha, who has been participating in the Big Ticket lottery regularly for the past two years, said he intends to continue buying tickets in the hope of winning one of the larger prizes.

The Big Ticket promotion has now entered its July campaign, with the next grand draw scheduled for August 3. Participants will compete for the top prize of Dh20 million.
