Qatar Joins OIC Foreign Ministers’ Extraordinary Meeting

Doha, Qatar: Qatar participated in the Extraordinary Meeting of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Foreign Ministers on Friday. The meeting, held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, focused on the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people. It also discussed the displacement efforts.

The Qatari delegation to the meeting was led by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, H.E. Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi. The session aimed to address the escalating situation in Palestine and the urgent need to protect Palestinian rights and land. The meeting provided a platform for member states to discuss coordinated actions. They also showed solidarity in response to the violence and calls for Palestinian displacement.

As tensions continue to rise in the region, Qatar’s participation underscores its commitment to supporting the Palestinian cause.
