The event showcased how Gulf women contribute to shaping awareness, building individuals, and strengthening national identity. Moreover, the forum highlighted Kuwait’s commitment to fostering media excellence and cultural growth. Clearly, promoting the empowerment of women in media remains a key priority for the Gulf region.

The forum opened under the patronage of Kuwait’s Information and Culture Minister, Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi, who also serves as State Minister of Youth Affairs. Organized by the Kuwait Journalists Association in cooperation with the Gulf Journalists Union, the event carried the theme “The Gulf Narrative of Women in Media.” Al-Mutairi noted that the forum reflects Kuwait’s vibrant cultural and media momentum.
