The event took place at Apex Cinema in Dana Mall and attracted officials, students, creatives, and civil society representatives.

The competition launched in November 2024 and ended registration in March 2025. Moreover, it featured multiple judging rounds and public voting, which led to an exhibition at Seef Mall. The exhibition showcased over 150 digital entries. These creative works expressed national values through innovative digital media. This effort reflected the beauty of Bahrain’s culture and the powerful talents of its youth.

Hala Ahmed Sulaiman, Executive Director of “Bahrainouna,” praised the participants. She said, “We are proud to highlight the talents of youth across generations through this competition.” The event also received strong support from community organizations, universities, and the private sector.

Major General Mohammed bin Daina, General Supervisor of the Executive Office, thanked the strategic partners and institutions involved. He also acknowledged the contributions of Apex Cinema and Zain Bahrain Telecommunications Company. Their support created a platform for young creatives to share their voices and ideas.

This event marks a significant step in engaging Bahrain’s youth through digital media. The works presented at the screening expressed a strong sense of national pride and belonging. The competition encouraged participation from all age groups, including citizens and residents.

Additionally, Hamad Al Mannai, a team member from “Bahrainouna”, emphasized the competition’s goal. He said it aimed to showcase youth creativity using modern and innovative methods. However, the program connected with universities, youth clubs, and public and private sectors to promote national values.

One participant, Qassim Osama Al Kooheji, described his experience. He said the program gave him a chance to serve his country while applying his digital marketing skills. His short videos received over 500,000 likes on social media. This success helped him win the challenge.

In summary, Bahrain youth creativity shines through in this national initiative. The “Generations Challenge” fostered pride, innovation, and a shared vision for the future.
