Zain Bahrain Launches New Self-Service Machines

Zain Bahrain has launched a new generation of self-service machines across all its branches in the Kingdom, expanding its partnership with Payment International Enterprise (PIE) to enhance digital customer services.

The telecommunications provider said the upgraded kiosks are designed to deliver a faster and more user-friendly experience, featuring a larger high-resolution display, a redesigned interface and improved navigation.

The new machines allow customers to complete a range of services without assistance, including activating prepaid and postpaid mobile lines, subscribing to fiber and home internet services, transferring numbers from other operators, replacing SIM cards or converting to eSIM, as well as paying bills and topping up accounts.

According to Zain Bahrain, the latest kiosks were developed using operational data and customer feedback to better meet users’ changing needs and improve service efficiency.

Mohammed Marhoon, Senior Executive Director of Marketing and Sales for the Consumer Sector at Zain Bahrain, said the company continues to invest in digital solutions that make services faster, simpler and more accessible while improving the overall customer experience.

Shabeer Modi, General Manager of Payment International Enterprise, said the rollout reflects the two companies’ shared commitment to delivering secure and innovative digital payment solutions through advanced technology.

The new self-service machines are now available at all Zain Bahrain branches across the Kingdom.
