In a key diplomatic engagement, the Shakhboot bin Nahyan meeting with Prime Minister Americo d’Oliveira dos Ramos of Sao Tome and Principe took place on Sunday in the capital, Sao Tome.
His Excellency Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State, conveyed warm greetings from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai.
He also shared greetings from His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court. In addition, he extended their best wishes for progress and prosperity to the people and government of Sao Tome and Principe.
In response, Prime Minister dos Ramos expressed his appreciation. He sent sincere greetings to the UAE leadership and praised the UAE’s regional growth. He also stressed the importance of increasing trade and business ties between the two countries.
