Minister of Information Celebrates Bahrain Journalists Association’s 25th Anniversary

The Minister of Information, Dr. Ramzan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, congratulated the Bahrain Journalists Association on its Silver Jubilee. This special occasion marks the Association’s 25th anniversary. It highlights its ongoing role in advancing Bahraini journalism.

In his statement, Dr. Al-Nuaimi emphasized the vital role the Bahrain Journalists Association plays in the nation’s press. He noted that the Association has been crucial in advancing Bahraini journalism since its establishment. Dr. Al-Nuaimi acknowledged the visionary leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. The Minister highlighted that the King’s commitment to supporting a free press led to the creation of the Association. His Majesty’s guidance has ensured that journalism in Bahrain continues to contribute to the nation’s development. Under His Majesty’s leadership, the Association has become a key partner in advancing Bahraini journalism.

The Minister also recognized the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. His Highness’s endorsement has helped strengthen the role of the press in Bahrain’s progress. Dr. Al-Nuaimi credited this support for providing an environment where journalism could thrive and contribute to national development.
