Kuwait has earned international acclaim for its outstanding organization of the FIP World Cup Pairs, held from November 3 to 9, 2025. The country received the award for best tournament organization, highlighting its growing influence in global sports hosting.

The tournament director, Mishal Al-Ansari, described the achievement as a clear demonstration of Kuwait’s dedication and efficiency. Winning the award for best tournament organization was possible thanks to strong leadership, national efforts, and support from government institutions.

Kuwait competed against France, Italy, Mexico, and Spain, securing first place amid strong global competition. This success reflects organizational excellence and confirms Kuwait’s advanced position in international sports.

The achievement came through collaboration between state institutions and key partners. Al-Ansari thanked the ministries responsible for youth, culture, sports, and health for their support. He also recognized BNK Holding Group and Tamdeen Group for logistical and organizational contributions.

The recognition highlights Kuwait’s young professionals, who showed they can host global events with precision and professionalism. Al-Ansari described the award as a milestone for Kuwait’s reputation as a regional and international sports hub.
