Defense Minister Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah received the delegation upon arrival. Kuwait Army Chief of Staff Khaled Daraj Al-Shuraian also attended the meeting. In addition, Deputy Chief of Staff Sabah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah joined the briefing session.
