Kuwait has unveiled a new media campaign aimed at strengthening Gulf identity and promoting unity across the GCC through a creative musical production.
Sheikh Mubarak Fahad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Director General of the Joint Program Production Foundation of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), announced the launch of the “Our Gulf Is Flourishing” campaign on Thursday.
The initiative features a musical work designed for Gulf families, with a particular focus on children. It seeks to reinforce shared values of belonging, solidarity and cooperation among the peoples of the GCC through modern and creative content tailored to younger generations.
Sheikh Mubarak said the campaign comes at a time when the region continues to face evolving challenges, adding that the production reflects the unity of the Gulf states and highlights their resilience and achievements.
He also noted that the project combines Gulf heritage with modern technology, using advanced production techniques to enhance visual quality and deliver its message in a way that resonates with today’s audiences.
The production brings together a team of Gulf creatives. Manal Al-Gharaballi serves as creative director, Ahmed Boudham directed the work, Mishari Al-Sari’ wrote and composed the song, while artist Maryam Shehab performs the musical piece.
