RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s aid agency, KSrelief, has launched its Etaam initiative to distribute food baskets across 27 countries during Ramadan, benefiting over 2.3 million people.
In Indonesia, 7,911 baskets will be provided to 47,466 individuals across four regions, while in Kosovo, 8,110 baskets will reach 40,550 people across 30 governorates.
Other distributions include:
• Guinea: 7,500 families in Conakry, Dubreka, Mamou, Kankan, and Nzerekore.
• Mauritania: 7,352 baskets for 44,112 individuals.
• Tajikistan: 7,120 baskets aiding 35,000 vulnerable people.
• Burkina Faso: 8,400 baskets for 50,400 people in Ouagadougou.
With a total budget exceeding SR67 million ($18 million), KSrelief’s humanitarian efforts aim to support communities in need worldwide during the holy month.
