For the first time ever, the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Kuwait hosted the Korea Health & Beauty Festa Kuwait, a major celebration of wellness, beauty, and medical tourism.
Running from May 15 to 17, 2025, the event transformed The Avenues Mall into a vibrant showcase of Korea’s health sector excellence.
During the exclusive B2B session, Korean Ambassador Park Chong-Suk welcomed Kuwaiti partners and emphasized Korea’s growing ties with the Gulf nation.
“We’re thrilled to host this first edition of the Korea Health & Beauty Festa Kuwait,” he said.
Ambassador Park highlighted an exciting statistic — over 4,400 Kuwaitis traveled to Korea in 2024, up 65% from 2023.
That number also beat pre-pandemic levels, rising 27% compared to 2019.
Because of this upward trend, the Ambassador stressed the need for stronger partnerships between medical, beauty, and travel sectors.
He encouraged new collaborations during the B2B event, setting the stage for bilateral growth.
The main public showcase took place on May 16 and 17 at The Avenues, Kuwait’s top shopping and lifestyle destination.
Kicking off with a formal ceremony at 7 PM on May 16, the event welcomed VIPs, diplomats, and regional influencers.
Visitors enjoyed hands-on demos, Korean skincare trends, wellness services, and medical consultation booths.
In every corner, Korea’s latest health and beauty innovations impressed curious guests and industry leaders alike.
The Korea Health & Beauty Festa Kuwait successfully introduced cutting-edge trends and strengthened cultural and economic bonds.
From holistic health to high-tech skincare, Korea’s vision of beauty resonated deeply with Kuwaiti audiences.
As a result, the Korea Health & Beauty Festa Kuwait is poised to become a signature event on the Gulf wellness calendar.
