  1. Choose the Right Timing: Align your walking time with your body’s endurance and fasting tolerance to avoid fatigue while maximizing benefits.
  2. Wear Proper Gear: Opt for breathable clothing and comfortable shoes to stay cool and avoid overheating during your walk.
  3. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water between Iftar and Suhoor to ensure proper hydration while walking.
  4. Avoid Direct Sunlight: Try to avoid walking under harsh sunlight, especially in hot weather, to prevent exhaustion and dehydration.
