Bahrain Industry Ministry Encourages Innovation with Ideas Factory 2024 Awards

Bahrain Industry Ministry encourages innovation and creativity through its Ideas Factory 2024 initiative. Recently, the Ministry held an awards ceremony recognizing employees who developed ideas to improve its services and operations.

The event celebrated employees’ dedication to innovation and continuous improvement. Moreover, the Ministry emphasizes encouraging creative ideas that improve work quality and enhance the customer experience. This commitment significantly strengthens Bahrain’s business environment and service standards.

For policies and procedures, Ali Ibrahim Al-Nasser took first place. Similarly, Ali Jaafar Jassim secured second place, while Hamad Adel Bu Farsan and Sheikha Khaled Al-Buainain shared third place. Their proposals promise smoother, clearer processes within the Ministry.

In the customer experience category, Sayed Hashem Shabr Al-Wadaei won first place. Nouf Ahmed Al-Rifai and Mohammed Ibrahim Ashour earned second and third places respectively. Their ideas seek to improve how the Ministry serves the public.
