The meeting was chaired by Dunia Faisal Sarhan, Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Information and head of the ministry’s Equal Opportunities Committee.

Sarhan highlighted the importance of continuing efforts to strengthen equal opportunity principles as well as support institutional excellence in line with the ministry’s strategic goals.

Committee members discussed the annual plan for 2026, including initiatives aimed at improving employee development, enhancing workplace practices, and supporting professional growth.

The meeting also reviewed proposals for awareness programs, training sessions, and specialized workshops designed to promote equal opportunities and increase employee participation in institutional development.
