Apple has officially launched its Apple Store online and Apple Store app in Saudi Arabia, marking a major expansion in the region. For the first time, customers can shop directly from Apple. They have access to full Arabic support, personalized services, and exclusive features.
The new Apple Store online offers Saudi shoppers access to Apple’s full product lineup, including the latest iPhone 16 series, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and more. Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s SVP of Retail, said the company is excited to connect with Saudi customers. Apple aims to help them discover how its products can enhance their daily lives.
Shoppers can now:
- Compare models and track orders via the Apple Store app.
- Customize Mac configurations (memory, storage, etc.).
- Personalize Apple Watch bands and cases.
- Get free engraving in Arabic and English on AirPods, Apple Pencil, and AirTag.
This is the first time Apple has offered Arabic engraving. It allows customers to add names, emojis, or messages in their preferred language.
Apple confirmed plans to open its first flagship retail stores in Saudi Arabia. They will start with a location in Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This follows the success of the Apple Developer Academy in Riyadh, launched in 2021.
The Apple Store online launch is a major step in Apple’s Middle East growth. It offers Saudi customers a seamless, localized shopping experience. With Arabic support, flexible payments, and future physical stores, Apple is deepening its presence in the Kingdom.
