Amir Reaffirms Ongoing Qatari-Egyptian Cooperation in Support of Gaza and Palestine

Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, has reiterated the country’s commitment to continued joint efforts with Egypt in supporting the people of the Gaza Strip and Occupied Palestine. The remarks came during high-level discussions with Egyptian President HE Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

In a statement shared on his official account on platform X, HH the Amir emphasized the shared objective of promoting sustainable security and peace in the region. He underscored the strong fraternal ties between Qatar and Egypt. Additionally, he expressed optimism about expanding bilateral cooperation in various sectors.

Highlighting the significant potential of both countries, HH the Amir voiced his desire to see deeper economic engagement through enhanced trade and investment opportunities. The leaders also exchanged views on regional developments. Moreover, they reaffirmed their joint resolve to continue backing the Palestinian cause at a critical time.
