The Ministry has set clear eligibility criteria to boost operational efficiency.

The Ministry also focuses on enhancing its internal work environment. It has made the employment of Bahrainis a priority. The Ministry has developed a plan and timeline to help Bahrainis qualify for positions within its structure.
