During their visit, the Pakistani officials expressed gratitude for Bahrain’s warm hospitality. They appreciated the leadership of Ahmed bin Salman Al-Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives. They also acknowledged his commitment to strengthening bilateral relations and promoting knowledge exchange.

The delegation emphasized the importance of Bahrain’s digital parliament system in modernizing legislative processes. They noted that electronic tools enhance oversight work and improve communication between representatives. Eng. Mohamed Ibrahim Al-Sisi, Secretary-General of the Council of Representatives, guided the delegation through the system’s various features. The visitors learned about the teamwork and dedication of Bahrain’s parliamentary staff. They also explored different departments and their contributions to digital transformation.

The delegation met with key departments, including Human Resources, Finance, Communications, and the Parliamentary Division. The Human Resources team introduced the Optimal System, a platform that allows employees to manage tasks electronically. They also demonstrated the long-standing electronic fingerprint system that eliminates the need for traditional attendance tools.

Ghazi Abdul Mohsen, Director of the Communications Department, explained the department’s digital workflow. He described how representatives receive news, media coverage, and social media support electronically. The team also manages digital archives, ensuring quick access to historical records.

The Parliamentary Division discussed its efforts in diplomatic relations and international cooperation. They explained how Bahrain’s digital parliament system sets a model for efficiency in parliamentary diplomacy. The visit concluded with mutual appreciation and optimism for future collaboration.
