HEC Paris Welcomes Diverse EMBA Class to Doha Campus

Doha, Qatar: HEC Paris, a global leader in executive education, has officially welcomed its Executive MBA (EMBA) Class of 2026 at the Doha campus. This year’s cohort stands out as one of the most diverse in the program’s local history.

The class comprises professionals from 16 nationalities, spanning Qatar, the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and North America. Participants bring expertise from industries such as banking, education, and healthcare. Additionally, nearly 40% of the class consists of female executives, highlighting the program’s commitment to gender diversity.

“The EMBA Class of 2026 reflects the strength of diversity. Each participant is driven by a shared passion for learning, personal growth, and making an impact in their organizations and communities,” said Dr. Pablo Martin de Holan, Dean of HEC Paris, Doha. “Their varied backgrounds foster collaboration. They generate innovative solutions to real-world challenges.”

The curriculum aligns with Qatar’s Third National Development Strategy, the final phase of Qatar National Vision 2030. This strategy focuses on sustainable economic growth, workforce diversification, financial resilience, and sustainability.

HEC Paris offers a cutting-edge learning experience. It provides nine specializations taught by globally renowned faculty in Doha, Paris, and other international locations. Delivered from the state-of-the-art Doha campus, the program equips executives with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate an evolving global economy.

“The program’s blend of business fundamentals and leadership development is what attracted me to HEC Paris. The Capstone Project will allow me to apply my learning directly to my organization’s strategic goals,” said Abdulaziz Al Thani, an EMBA participant.
