Kuwait And UNESCO Discuss Expanding Education Cooperation

Kuwait’s Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah met a senior UNESCO official on Monday to discuss expanding cooperation in education and supporting the development of the country’s education system.

The meeting was attended by Education Minister Jalal Al-Tabtabaei and Dr. Abdulrahman bin Ibrahim Al-Mudaires, Director of UNESCO’s Regional Center for Quality and Excellence in Education, who was visiting Kuwait with an accompanying delegation.

Discussions focused on strengthening collaboration between Kuwait and UNESCO, with both sides exploring opportunities to exchange expertise and promote educational development in line with international standards.

The talks reflect Kuwait’s continued efforts to enhance the quality of education through partnerships with international organizations and by adopting global best practices.
