Bahrain’s Northern Governorate has reviewed plans to improve public services and advance development projects during a meeting between Governor Hassan Abdullah Al Madani, Member of Parliament Jalal Kazem Hassan and Municipal Council member Basem Ali Abu Idris.
The discussions focused on service and development projects in the governorate’s Second District, including current and future needs, investment opportunities and ways to enhance public services.
Participants also examined the laws and regulations governing development projects as part of efforts to support sustainable development and improve services for residents.
Al Madani stressed the importance of continued cooperation between the executive and legislative authorities, as well as municipal councils, to strengthen coordination and improve the delivery of public services across the Northern Governorate.
He said greater institutional coordination would help meet residents’ expectations and enhance services and infrastructure throughout the governorate.
