Burj Azizi: Dubai’s Future Landmark to Go on Sale in Seven Global Cities

Dubai’s Burj Azizi, poised to be the world’s second-tallest tower, is set for a global sales event in seven major cities on February 19.

Azizi Developments, the private company behind the project, announced that the 725-meter tower will be available for purchase in Dubai (at the Conrad Hotel), Hong Kong (The Peninsula), London (The Dorchester), Mumbai (JW Marriott Juhu), Singapore (Marina Bay Sands), Sydney (Four Seasons Hotel), and Tokyo (Palace Hotel). Located along Sheikh Zayed Road, Burj Azizi will span more than 131 floors, offering residential, hotel, retail, and entertainment spaces. Completion is slated for 2028.

Mirwais Azizi, founder and chairman of Azizi Developments, expressed his excitement about the project’s journey, stating, “Projects like Burj Azizi come once in a generation. I am delighted to see this vision come to life, from concept to launch.”

He also emphasized that the tower symbolizes Dubai’s growing influence on the global stage, calling it “a tribute to the emirate’s expanding prominence.”

Dubai’s property market has been experiencing exceptional demand in recent years, with significant increases in both prices and rentals, particularly in the luxury and ultra-luxury segments. According to recent data, 2024 saw record-breaking transactions in Dubai’s property market, totaling nearly 181,000 deals worth Dh522.5 billion, a sharp rise compared to previous years, driven mainly by off-plan sales.

Dubai is also home to the highest number of towers over 300 meters in height, with 33 towers standing taller than 300 meters, the most globally. Among the 100 tallest completed towers worldwide, 14 are located in Dubai, with iconic structures like the Burj Khalifa leading the list.

Burj Azizi is set to feature several world-record elements, including the highest hotel lobby on level 111, the highest nightclub on level 126, the highest restaurant on level 122, and a hotel room located on level 118. At the tower’s summit, a museum will chronicle the building’s evolution, showcasing key figures through multimedia exhibits.

The tower will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, complemented by a dedicated amenity floor every 20 floors. The amenities will include swimming pools, a spa, a gym, a games room, a cinema, a business center, a children’s play area, and a variety of dining options.

Additionally, Burj Azizi will feature an all-suite 7-star hotel, themed around Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Indian, Turkish, French, and Russian cultures.

Mirwais Azizi reflected on the project’s development, stating, “Burj Azizi has been a long-held dream, and while it posed many challenges, it is now on the path to becoming a reality, thanks to the tireless efforts of experts from around the world.”
