Zain Kuwait and the Arab Open University (AOU) signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen youth empowerment and innovation in Kuwait. This partnership focuses on education, skills development, and building a knowledge-based digital economy. Moreover, it aims to link academic learning directly with practical workplace skills.
The MoU ceremony took place at the Zain Innovation Campus in Shuwaikh. Zain Kuwait CEO Nawaf Al-Gharabally, AOU Rector Salah Al-Hammadi, and senior officials attended. The agreement highlights Zain’s commitment to connecting higher education with labor market needs, especially in technology and innovation sectors.
Al-Gharabally stressed that real investment begins with people. He added that a thriving digital economy requires a strong ecosystem connecting companies and universities.
