Final Call for ‘Qatar Through Your Lens’ Submissions: Capture the Nation’s Spirit

Visit Qatar has announced that one month remains for entries in the Qatar through your lens competition. The initiative invites residents and locals to creatively capture the nation’s culture, lifestyle, and unique character. By sharing their vision, participants will contribute to promoting Qatar through your lens to a wider audience.

The competition encourages submissions in two formats: a short video of 30 to 60 seconds or a single photograph. Both formats must reflect one of the themes, including Qatar by Night, Beach and Coastal, Arts and Culture, Heritage, Sports Events, and Culinary. These categories aim to showcase the diversity and richness of Qatari life.

Visit Qatar emphasized that all entries must be original and culturally appropriate. Participants should share their submissions on Instagram, using the hashtags #QatarThroughYourLens and #ViewQatar, while tagging the official Visit Qatar account. This approach ensures that the best works gain maximum visibility and recognition.

Winners will be announced during the first week of January 2026. Prizes across the video and photo categories total QR600,000, alongside staycations, exclusive access to Visit Qatar events, and opportunities for future creative collaborations. These rewards aim to inspire creativity and encourage participants to explore new ways of capturing Qatar’s essence.

Furthermore, the competition provides a platform for emerging content creators to gain recognition and experience. It highlights Qatar’s vibrant lifestyle, historical heritage, and cultural richness. By participating, creators can help showcase the country’s unique identity to the world.

Visit Qatar also encourages participants to explore the country’s landmarks, hidden gems, and everyday life to produce authentic and engaging content. The initiative aligns with the broader goal of promoting tourism and cultural awareness.

Overall, the Qatar through your lens competition offers a unique opportunity to celebrate the country’s culture and lifestyle, inspiring creativity and sharing Qatar’s story with the world.
