At the start of the workshop, the Bureau’s President, Bassem bin Yaqoub Al Hamar, stressed the importance of private sector partnerships. He explained that these partnerships form a key pillar of the Bureau’s strategies for modernization. Moreover, he noted that the Bureau continues to expand real estate surveying efforts across the Kingdom to raise efficiency and service quality.

The workshop also reviewed major initiatives currently underway. Officials presented the updating and automation of the national database, designed to create more accurate and accessible records. In addition, they introduced the Workflow Management System, which allows a full transition to electronic files and real-time transaction tracking. This system will streamline operations, reduce paperwork, and ensure greater transparency.
Furthermore, participants discussed the gradual launch of the Auto-Generation feature. This feature will support the new system and allow smoother integration of data, enabling faster results for both officials and clients. As a result, citizens and investors can expect higher-quality services that save time and resources.
