The event, held in cooperation with the Public Security Presidency for Community Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, introduced participants to the Hukumati app. This session aimed to strengthen the public’s ability to file complaints through easy and secure digital platforms.

During the workshop, experts provided detailed guidance on how to submit electronic reports. They explained how the Hukumati app works, including registration steps, data requirements, and tips for submitting accurate information. These insights help users avoid delays and ensure that reports reach the right authorities quickly.
