Al Salam Bank launches new Takaful insurance and savings programs in Bahrain, expanding its Sharia-compliant financial offerings. The initiative introduces a wide range of protection and savings plans under Al Salam Takaful, developed in partnership with Solidarity Bahrain. This launch represents a strategic move to strengthen the bank’s position in the Islamic finance market and to attract a broader customer base seeking ethical financial solutions.

These include coverage for vehicles, travel, real estate, domestic workers, leisure boats, and personal accidents. The bank also provides property and health insurance solutions tailored to companies and families. To mark the launch, Al Salam Bank has introduced a promotional campaign. Customers can receive up to 28% off when purchasing new travel insurance. Additionally, new customers opening an account through any channel will get a 10% discount on motor Takaful insurance.
