Doha, Qatar: TotalEnergies has confirmed the continuation of its partnership with the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) as the Multi-Energy Partner and Official Fuel Supplier. The collaboration extends to the 2025 season opener, the Qatar 1812 KM, set for February 26-28 at the Lusail International Circuit.
The nearly 10-hour race, named after Qatar’s National Day, will bring together top motorsport talent. As the Multi-Energy Partner and Official Fuel Supplier, TotalEnergies remains committed to delivering innovative solutions that enhance the sport’s sustainability.
TotalEnergies also supports Team Peugeot-TotalEnergies and Alpine Endurance Team. For Peugeot Sport, the company co-develops Saft Batteries, supplies TotalEnergies Quartz Racing Lubricants, and provides EV Fluids. Meanwhile, Alpine Endurance Team benefits from TotalEnergies’ partnership through ELF Lubricants.
Reinforcing its commitment to sustainability, TotalEnergies supplies Excellium Racing 100, a fuel produced entirely from biomass. This sustainable fuel cuts CO2 emissions by at least 65% over its life cycle. Initially introduced in March 2022, it is now the standard for all FIA WEC competitors.
The Qatar 1812 KM marks the beginning of an exhilarating year for motorsport in Qatar, highlighting innovation, competition, and sustainability.
