Strong Winds Hit Bahrain as Rainfall Continues

Bahrain is experiencing strong winds as rainfall continues across the country. The Meteorology Directorate at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications has warned residents about powerful gusts and thunderstorms.

Today’s weather remains cloudy with scattered rain showers. Some of these showers may turn thundery at times. The easterly winds will blow at speeds of 12 to 17 knots. However, during gusts, the speed may rise to 35 knots. This sudden increase could create hazardous conditions, so caution is necessary.

Along the coast, waves will range from one to three feet. In the open sea, waves could reach six feet. However, during gusts, they may rise to eight feet. This could make maritime activities risky. Authorities advise boaters and fishermen to remain vigilant.

With the strong winds and rainfall continuing, temperatures will stay mild. The maximum temperature will reach 23 degrees Celsius, while the minimum will drop to 19 degrees. Meanwhile, relative humidity will range between 90% and 50%. This mix of weather conditions may affect visibility and outdoor plans.

Since strong winds hit Bahrain, residents should stay updated on weather alerts. Authorities recommend securing loose outdoor objects and avoiding unnecessary travel during peak gusts. Motorists should drive carefully, as wet roads and sudden gusts can make driving dangerous.

The combination of strong winds and rainfall could disrupt daily activities. People should dress appropriately and take precautions when heading outside. Those with respiratory issues may also feel discomfort due to wind-driven dust and moisture changes.

As strong winds hit Bahrain, weather experts continue monitoring the situation. Any sudden developments will be reported. Residents should stay informed and follow safety guidelines to avoid risks.

Strong winds hit Bahrain, bringing unpredictable conditions. Staying cautious and following updates will help everyone navigate this stormy period safely.
