Solidarity Bahrain has launched the latest edition of its annual Tamayuz summer training program, welcoming Bahraini university students from institutions across the Kingdom and abroad as part of its efforts to develop local talent and prepare young people for future careers.
The initiative offers students practical experience within the insurance industry by exposing them to the day-to-day operations of one of Bahrain’s leading insurance providers. Participants will also receive professional and technical training designed to strengthen their workplace skills and improve their readiness for employment.
During the program, students will work alongside experienced professionals in a range of departments, including motor and medical insurance, sales, compliance, investment, human resources, customer service, underwriting, accounting and finance, quality assurance, public relations, and marketing.
Solidarity Bahrain said the program combines classroom learning with hands-on training, allowing participants to gain practical knowledge of the insurance sector while exploring different career paths.
Amer Janahi, Executive Vice President of Corporate Support at Solidarity Bahrain, said the company views investment in young Bahraini talent as an investment in the country’s future. He added that the Tamayuz program is designed to bridge the gap between academic study and practical experience, giving students the skills needed to build successful careers.
Janahi also said the company remains committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen the capabilities of the national workforce and contribute to Bahrain’s long-term human capital development goals.
