Saudi, Pakistani Ministers Discuss Regional Security

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan held a telephone conversation with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar to discuss regional developments and ongoing diplomatic efforts to strengthen stability in the Middle East.

According to Saudi authorities, the two ministers reviewed recent developments in the region, including progress related to the memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran.

They stressed the importance of continuing negotiations aimed at reaching a comprehensive solution that promotes security and stability across the region.

During the call, Ishaq Dar also conveyed the condolences of the Pakistani government and people following the deaths of Saudi nationals in the recent Saudi Aramco helicopter crash.

Prince Faisal thanked Pakistan for its message of sympathy and expressed appreciation for the support extended to the Kingdom during the tragedy.

The call reflects ongoing coordination between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan on regional issues and their shared commitment to dialogue and diplomatic engagement.
