Saudi Arabia and Pakistan have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen cooperation between their interior ministries, reinforcing bilateral efforts in security, training and research.
The agreement was signed in Riyadh during a meeting between Saudi Interior Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif and Pakistan’s Interior Minister and Minister for Narcotics Control, Mohsin Raza Naqvi.
The ministers reviewed the longstanding ties between the two countries and discussed ways to enhance security coordination, expand cooperation and advance issues of mutual interest.
Under the memorandum, the two ministries will work together to promote scientific, training and research collaboration, while encouraging the exchange of expertise and supporting institutional capacity building in areas of shared interest.
