Saudi Arabia Entrepreneurs Strengthen UK-MENA Innovation Links

Saudi Arabia entrepreneurs strengthen UK-MENA innovation links during a key event hosted by the Arab Entrepreneurs Board at the UK’s House of Lords. This first-of-its-kind meeting gathered business leaders, policymakers, and diplomats to support deeper regional collaboration. The event spotlighted Arab entrepreneurship’s growing role in global economic and cultural cooperation.

To begin with, Lord Dominic Johnson opened the gathering with a strong message about the importance of entrepreneurship. He explained how entrepreneurship helps build inclusive and resilient economies. Following that, key Arab and British figures joined the conversation, including Bandar Reda and Faisal Abbas. They stressed the need for stronger UK–MENA partnerships in business and culture.

Saudi Arabia entrepreneurs strengthen UK-MENA innovation links by sharing ideas and forming cross-border relationships. Wael Al-Zein, founder and CEO of the Arab Entrepreneurs Board, led the dialogue alongside Asma Ounnas, the group’s chief strategy officer. Together, they highlighted how Arab entrepreneurs serve as a vital bridge between diverse markets and communities.

Moreover, the event featured cultural elements to honor past ties. A special exhibition displayed signed lithographs by King Charles III and Prince Khaled Al-Faisal. These artworks marked 25 years since their tribute to Saudi Arabia’s Asir Mountains. Additionally, guests received signed copies of Anecdotes of an Arab Anglophile, reinforcing cultural exchange between the UK and the Arab world.

Business leaders from NEOM, Binghatti, and BMG Financial Group joined the event. They were joined by representatives from Aston Martin, Harrods, and The Ritz London. Delegates from leading interior design firms and luxury media platforms also attended. More importantly, members of the House of Lords and officials from UK business chambers showed their support.

Saudi Arabia entrepreneurs strengthen UK-MENA innovation links through strategic planning and clear goals. Wael Al-Zein shared that the Board will soon launch a communications hub in London. This new branch will increase global visibility for Arab innovators and startups. The Board also plans more summits, awards, and partnerships to maintain momentum.

Asma Ounnas emphasized that the event was both symbolic and strategic. She believes this new network will reshape the narrative around Arab enterprise and creative leadership. The Arab Entrepreneurs Board continues to support members with global connections, business tools, and access to influential networks.

By focusing on innovation, cooperation, and visibility, Saudi entrepreneurs help connect ideas to capital. They aim to create sustainable growth and elevate the region’s economic future.
