Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, met with his Iranian counterpart, Abbas Araghchi, in Jeddah on Friday. The meeting occurred on the sidelines of a gathering of foreign ministers from the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
During their discussions, Prince Faisal and Araghchi focused on bilateral relations and the current developments in the region. This meeting marked an important step in fostering dialogue between the two nations amidst regional challenges.
Earlier in the day, Prince Faisal also held separate meetings with Kuwait’s Foreign Minister, Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, and Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister, Bakhtiyor Saidov. These engagements reflect Saudi Arabia’s commitment to strengthening its diplomatic ties and addressing regional issues through cooperation and dialogue.
