Riyadh Air and Amadeus Partner to Support Vision 2030 and Transform Air Travel

In a bold move to reshape the future of Saudi aviation, Riyadh Air and Amadeus partner to support Vision 2030. This strategic agreement combines innovation, global connectivity, and digital tools to boost the Kingdom’s tourism and aviation sectors.

Riyadh Air, the newly launched national airline of Saudi Arabia, entered into a partnership with Amadeus, a leading global travel technology provider. This cooperation aligns with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals to diversify the economy and boost non-oil sectors.

To begin with, the partnership gives Riyadh Air access to one of the largest travel distribution networks worldwide. It will connect the airline with agencies in over 190 countries. As a result, Riyadh Air will increase its visibility and expand its reach across international markets.

Furthermore, Riyadh Air and Amadeus partner to support Vision 2030 by focusing on inbound tourism and enhanced global connectivity. The airline aims to become a top choice for international travelers visiting the Kingdom.

Amadeus will support Riyadh Air’s future New Distribution Capability (NDC) content. This system allows airlines to deliver personalized, dynamic offers based on passenger preferences. Through this approach, the airline will create more tailored and seamless booking experiences.

Vincent Coste, Chief Commercial Officer of Riyadh Air, emphasized the value of this partnership. He noted that the collaboration helps the airline expand globally while supporting the Kingdom’s development goals.

In addition, the agreement boosts Riyadh Air’s customer engagement. With advanced tools, the airline can refine its retail strategy and optimize indirect sales.

Backed by the Public Investment Fund, Riyadh Air plays a major role in Saudi Arabia’s non-oil economic strategy. The airline aims to contribute over USD 20 billion to the national GDP and generate more than 200,000 jobs.

Ultimately, Riyadh Air and Amadeus partner to support Vision 2030 by building a future-ready aviation ecosystem. The partnership will enhance innovation, expand Saudi Arabia’s travel network, and support sustainable growth across the tourism and air transport sectors.
