GCC countries recorded 19.3 million intra-Gulf travelers in 2024, and this number shows how quickly movement inside the region increases. Travelers explore nearby countries more confidently, and this behavior strengthens economic ties across the Gulf. Additionally, the intra-GCC tourism index climbed to 52.1% compared to 2019, which reflects remarkable progress. As a result, eco-friendly programs expand across the region, and more destinations promote responsible tourism experiences.
