QRCS ‘Lifeline 1’ Medical Convoy Reaches Gaza

Gaza – The Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS), in collaboration with Rahma Worldwide, has sent a specialized medical convoy to Gaza. The mission, called “Lifeline 1,” is led by Dr. Mohamed Salah Ibrahim, assistant secretary-general for Relief and International Development at QRCS.

The convoy includes three volunteer doctors specializing in neurosurgery, orthopedics, and palliative care. They are currently working in hospitals under Palestine’s Ministry of Health, including the European Hospital and Nasser Medical Complex.

The medical team has already begun assessing patients and treating injuries in preparation for life-saving surgeries. Their efforts aim to provide critical medical support to those in need amid ongoing challenges in Gaza.
