QNB Joins McLaren F1 Team as Official Race Partner Through Mastercard Collaboration

QNB has become an Official Race Partner of the McLaren F1 Team during the 2025 Formula 1 Tag Heuer Grand Prix De Monaco. This partnership was made possible through Mastercard, which serves as a Primary Partner of the McLaren F1 Team.

As a result of this collaboration, QNB—recognized as the largest financial institution in the Middle East and Africa—gained global exposure. Its branding appeared on the McLaren MCL39 car and the drivers’ visors throughout the Monaco Grand Prix.

The QNB McLaren F1 partnership reflects a shared commitment to innovation and unforgettable experiences. Mastercard and McLaren Racing began their collaboration in Las Vegas last year. Since then, they’ve focused on fan engagement and global brand visibility.

“There’s nothing as thrilling as a Formula 1 race,” said Raja Rajamannar, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Mastercard. “The McLaren F1 Team stands out for its performance and loyal fans. We’re proud to extend these benefits to QNB, a valued partner.”

QNB’s participation underscores its aim to grow from regional leadership to global recognition. “We are excited to join the McLaren Racing family,” said Yousef Mahmoud Al-Neama, Chief Business Officer at QNB Group. “This partnership boosts our brand visibility at one of Formula 1’s most iconic events.”

Additionally, Mastercard continues to offer fans exclusive experiences through priceless.com. These include racing events, music, and entertainment, allowing deeper fan interaction.

Overall, the QNB McLaren F1 partnership marks a bold step toward global outreach. It supports Qatar’s broader ambitions of innovation, excellence, and global presence in high-impact industries.
