Doha—Minister of Education and Higher Education HE Lolwah bint Rashid bin Mohammed Al Khater has highlighted the pivotal role played by Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF). This role has transformed education over the past three decades.
Speaking to Qatar News Agency (QNA) on QF’s 30th anniversary, the minister emphasized that the Foundation has been instrumental in fostering a comprehensive and advanced educational system. This system has significantly impacted higher education institutions across the Arab world.
She noted that QF graduates exemplify the institution’s educational model. They excel academically while gaining hands-on experience in research, innovation, and community development.
The minister also praised QF’s commitment to offering specialized educational experiences that cater to students’ needs and nurture talents. She emphasized that QF enhances leadership skills and critical thinking. Additionally, through its affiliated universities and educational centers, QF has cultivated a unique learning environment. This environment promotes lifelong learning.
Reaffirming the Ministry of Education and Higher Education’s dedication to collaboration, she stressed the importance of strengthening ties with QF. This collaboration aims to further develop the education sector in Qatar, the region, and beyond.
