Oman Strengthens Ties with Bangladesh in Key Diplomatic Meeting

Oman’s Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received a written message from Bangladesh Prime Minister Tarique Rahman, emphasizing the countries’ shared interest in enhancing bilateral ties. The message was delivered to Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi during a meeting with Humayun Kabir, Adviser to the Bangladesh Prime Minister for Foreign Affairs.

During the discussion, both sides assessed the current state of cooperation in multiple sectors. They expressed mutual commitment to advancing projects that serve the interests of their citizens while promoting stronger economic and cultural. The officials also exchanged insights on regional developments, highlighting the need for peaceful resolutions and sustainable security strategies across the region.

Both countries agreed to prioritize programs that encourage innovation and human resource development.
