National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) is making a significant investment. The bank actively launches and sponsors diverse youth empowerment programs. These comprehensive initiatives aim to develop society’s future leaders. Furthermore, they focus on enhancing skills and instilling core governance principles.

Consequently, NBK has upscaled its pivotal role in 2025. The bank is equipping young people for future challenges. These youth empowerment programs help build a sustainable economy. They also contribute to a thriving society. This strategy prioritizes human capital investment.

Firstly, the NBK Aspire Program offers summer training. It targets students aged fourteen to eighteen. Participants gain valuable professional experience. They undergo theoretical and practical training sessions. For instance, 133 students learned about bank divisions and AI tools.

Secondly, NBK renewed its partnership with the Rafa Nadal Academy. This supports young athletic talents in tennis. The bank sponsored several international tournaments. Thirty-nine athletes competed in France, Portugal, Spain, and Turkey.

Moreover, NBK sponsors LOYAC’s purposeful programs. The “Kilma” program develops communication and public speaking skills. Thirty-three students participated in intensive daily sessions. They learned effective listening and critical thinking.

Additionally, the Youth Leadership Program (YLP) is a unique experience. It develops leadership skills for high school students. Twelve participants traveled to Bedfordshire, UK. They joined outdoor activities and learned from Stephen Covey’s principles.

Furthermore, NBK supports the “Kon” social entrepreneurship program. It collaborates with Babson College in the United States. This year, forty-five students learned entrepreneurial thinking. The program included workshops and online lectures.

Finally, the Eco Quest program addresses environmental challenges. Thirty students from seven schools presented innovative plans. They developed solutions for a sustainable future.
