Muscat: The Royal Academy of Management (RAM) has partnered with the Supreme Judicial Council to launch the Najiz Programme in Oman. This aims to enhance the leadership skills of court presidents in the country. The initiative is designed for 59 leaders of primary and appeal courts. It aligns with the country’s strategic vision to improve the judicial system’s efficiency.
The Najiz Programme is focused on advancing judicial leadership and building competencies necessary to improve the judicial process. By equipping court presidents with essential knowledge and tools, the programme strives to promote swift and effective justice in Oman. It also aims to enhance public confidence in the judicial framework and increase institutional performance within the legal system.
The programme has been carefully designed to target the development of adaptive leadership and managerial skills crucial for court presidents in fulfilling their duties. Participants will strengthen their abilities in strategic thinking, decision-making, and change management. Moreover, they will enhance their stress management skills. They will also refine their skills in communication with various stakeholders. This is vital in their leadership roles within the Najiz Programme in Oman.
The Najiz Programme integrates global best practices in judicial governance with practical tools. This allows participants to respond effectively to the ever-evolving challenges in the sector. This immersive approach will enable them to contribute more effectively to the efficiency of judicial and administrative operations.
