The Airports Council International (ACI) presented the awards for excellence in passenger experience across the Middle East region. These accolades reflect the airports’ commitment to providing top-notch service to travelers.

Muscat International Airport earned recognition as the best in the Middle East for airports handling 5 to 15 million passengers. It was also awarded “Best Staff Performance” and “Easiest Airport Journey” in the region. Additionally, it was praised for being the “Cleanest Airport” in the Middle East.
