Muscat International Airport and Salalah Airport have been honored with the prestigious Airport Service Quality (ASQ) awards. The Airports Council International (ACI) presented the awards for excellence in passenger experience across the Middle East region. These accolades reflect the airports’ commitment to providing top-notch service to travelers.

Muscat International Airport earned recognition as the best in the Middle East for airports handling 5 to 15 million passengers. It was also awarded “Best Staff Performance” and “Easiest Airport Journey” in the region. Additionally, it was praised for being the “Cleanest Airport” in the Middle East.

Meanwhile, Salalah Airport was recognized as the best airport in the category for those handling fewer than 2 million passengers. It also received awards for “Best Staff Performance,” “Easiest Airport Journey,” and “Cleanest Airport” in the region. Notably, Salalah Airport was also added to the ACI Director General’s Roll of Excellence.
