Kuwaiti Minister of Finance and Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment, Eng. Noora Al-Fassam, met with Indian Ambassador to Kuwait, Dr. Adarsh Swaika, on Sunday to discuss enhancing bilateral relations between the two nations.
