He asserted that a just and comprehensive solution requires the establishment of an independent Palestinian state. This state should have East Jerusalem as its capital based on the 1967 borders.

Additionally, he reaffirmed Kuwait’s continuous support for Palestinian rights and its backing of UNRWA.
