Kuwait is set to embark on the construction of the world’s largest children’s hospital, a significant step toward enhancing pediatric healthcare in the country. The Ministry of Public Works, in coordination with the Ministry of Health, is currently in the final stages of design and document preparation, as the project moves toward its implementation phase.
Slated to be located in the Al-Sabah Medical District, the hospital will feature 800 beds and offer comprehensive pediatric specialties, cutting-edge medical equipment, and smart infrastructure. Designed to meet the highest international standards, the hospital is part of Kuwait’s strategic development plan for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
Once completed, the hospital will play a vital role in elevating Kuwait’s healthcare services, setting a global benchmark for specialized pediatric care. The project aligns with the government’s vision of expanding healthcare infrastructure and ensuring top-quality medical services for future generations.
