Kuwait Electricity Minister Bushehri Resigns, Al-Mishaan Appointed Acting Minister

On March 10, 2025, an Amiri decree was issued confirming the resignation of Dr. Mahmoud Bushehri, the Minister of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy.

The decree also appointed Dr. Noura Al-Mishaan as the acting Minister of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy. In addition to her new role, Dr. Al-Mishaan will continue her duties as the Minister of Public Works.
